Joanna Lu Allstate agency followed the correct protocol. Insurance agents and brokers are required to uphold strict ethical standards and guidelines. If you're experiencing claims issues with your previous agent, switching to a new one won’t resolve those concerns. Instead, you should seek assistance from the claims department and your assigned claims adjuster, as it is common sense that your insurance agents never process your claim, but claim adjusters do. .
