Three of our family members have been visiting Dr Troung for the last 15 years. I also feel bad to see the negative reviews and wanted to share our good experiences with Dr Troung. It's true that Dr Troung is not always nice when we doubt about his advice and ask too many questions (LOL) but his been doing a great job on all of our check ups, prescriptions and his charges were very reasonable.

Shady as hell. Double charged me on a pair of Ortho K lenses and refused to refund. A week after I filed the small claim in OC court, Vincent TROUNG refunded the amount he previously denied receiving but refused to cover the court fees. And he refused to accept me as a patient saying that me asking back the double charge caused his little optometry practice too much trouble and thus I have to go somewhere else to get my ortho k lenses renewal and he would not take it.He hang up on me many times when I called in to inquire my medical record or discuss on the withdraw of case.
