JAY AND DR. KINCANN, ARE AMAZING WORKING WITH ME TO GET MY DENTURES FITTING RIGHT SO I WILL BE ABLE TO EAT A STEAK AGAIN !! I CANT WAIT TO EAT A PRIME RIB DINNER AT IDLE HOUR OUT IN JONES VALLEY !! I HAVENT HAD A STEAK IN LIKE FOREVER !! IM EXCITED TO HAVE ONE !! THANKS TO THESE GUYS I WILL EAT AGAIN !!
Dr. Sutherland did not prescribe any pain medication after my tooth extraction. This is the second time that I had to remind him to prescribe a medication. I’m in complete pain and he failed to provide me a prescription with any type pain medication neither ibuprofen or any other type of pain medication like Vicodin or hydrocodone to relieve my pain. Is this how a dental office is to l supposed to leave their patients in total pain. He is a pleasant man but he is very forgetful when it comes to prescribing a medication. And my jaw is in real pain. I would think twice about getting a tooth pulled there!
I began going to their clinic on Gold St back in 2018 after the Carr Fire and was overwhelmed at the care my Dr gave me. She listened attentively and saved my life. When I asked for a refill on all my meds, She wouldn't until a full batch of blood test was done to see if I really needed all the meds. Once the results came back she pulled me off al but 2 of the meds. I am so grateful for that.
