It was my first time. getting tiles cleaned in my home and I wasn't sure of the process or the difference it would make. Ian and his team came for estimation, guided us and did a wonderful job. They were very professional, punctual and also helped moving the furniture for the cleaning. They initially suggested a sealer for the floor as well but after cleaning they said that I should get the sealer next time as the floor already had it! That really showed that they're doing the right thing and not in it just to make money. Thank you: you earned yourself a loyal customer!

I am very thankful on how my carpet no longer smells like puppy urine! Ian went in to my home with a goal to do what was best for me and my stained and smelly carpet. My house now smells and looks much better because of him, and will use Encore for years to come because of it! I give 10/10 customer service and an amazing job with explaining what he will be doing with your carpet.
