OMG! I honestly have NEVER experienced a spa that bad... I scheduled a massage there for myself (deep tissue) and my husband (Swedish). The massages were less than fine - the ladies were shouting to each other from my room to his, whenever there was a "ding dong" and someone would come in, my lady would leave me to talk to them, they didn't spend the whole hour and cut the massage short by 5 min for both me and my husband... my massage was NOT a deep tissue massage... But I do realize how hard it is to give massages so I ALWAYS leave 20% tip... In this case I had the cash prepared, I paid and went to the bathroom... when I got back the lady was looking at me like something was missing and said right away, is that all? I wasn't sure what she is talking about and for a second thought that maybe I didn't count the money right at home? but she threw the money for my husband's massage, then mine and then the 20% tip and said "we gave you a good massage, we should have more" and when I said IT IS 20%!!!!! she stopped... It completely destroyed the whole massage experience (albeit not a great one to start with) and left such a bad taste in our mouths...We actually GOOGLED what an appropriate tip is for massage and it IS 15-20%!!!!!!! Both me and my husband started thinking it might be one of "those" massage places where the tips are much higher? His lady asked him mid massage where else he wants her to massage? And when he said hips she said - I already did it????? now it would make more sense if that was the case... All in all we will never be back nor will we recommend this experience... Horrible place!

Not even a star this place should be rated. I requested an hour massage service and cut it off to 45mins because she accepted another customer before closing time. What a bad practice of business. When she asked me if it's ok I said No but she still insisted she had to finish her service soon because of new customer. Don't go here.......
