Don't even bother. They cannot find my insurance!! It's funny they never follow up with their new patients... I rather just go back to LensCrafters!! This place is a joke. I only like the Doctor here she's great

Terrible customer service. They Ordered the wrong glasses and then don't even make the moment right. They should be taking care of their customers not pretty much telling them they're SOL because they messed up. Had to wait an extra 2 weeks on top of the two weeks we already waited for glasses!! Ridiculous!

Awful communication, they never answered the phone and they never ordered my contact trials but they charged me anyway. I would not go back there, not even for a refund.
