I needed to get my glasses adjusted as they were too tight and upon arriving at the office they were closed for training. They saw me walk up and read the sign but graciously offered to help me anyway. So helpful and caring!
Brought my aunt's glasses in b/c one of her lenses popped out of the frame. Lolita (?) helped us right away. Lens was put back in, nose pads replaced, and lenses washed, all for no cost. Fabulous service and very friendly staff.
Great staff. I had misunderstood the optometrist suggestion and when I ended up not liking my choice of glasses they stepped up to make me happy. Great experience and customer service, I would highly recommend them.
