Getting appointments for necessary medical care rarely happens. There was a time I was not even allowed to talk to my PCP. Frustrating and frightening. I'll have to go to another firm of healthcare's.

My eye doctor there is great (5 stars) but this review is for the optical shop. One star is too generous. They never answer the phone and you're sent to an automated voicemail system that tells you to leave a 'detailed' message and they will get back with you as soon as possible. I leave a message, I also leave my name and phone number. I never get a call back. If you can't answer my question, just call and tell me you do not have an answer for me instead of choosing to ignore my message altogether. It's very unprofessional.

UCDavis, we need more medical facilities up here in the Rocklin/Lincoln area- please build more! The medical system is highly impacted and across the board it takes so long to get appointments. We look forward to new facilities and a bigger infrastructure here.
