My son had a sleep study done here. They were very good. Informative and answered any and all questions. Room was comfortable, clean and dark. I was very comfortable leaving him. He is older but a bit delayed. He was able to keep his phone and communicate with me the entire time.
Reaching them by phone was a bit difficult before the apt. however I understand their hours are going to be evening to early morning making it a bit more challenging to connect via phone.
I don't understand why this center only has 1.4 star's. I went in Feb. 4th. And was nervous about what to expect. James welcomed me like if we were buddies hanging out. He showed me to my room that was super spacious and clean and he just made me feel relaxed. We even cracked a few jokes as he got me set up for the CPAP. He explained to me the whole process and even put on a good movie channel on the TV before bed time. His assistant Katie (if I remember correctly) also was super nice and explained all the wires to me. Over all it was a great experience and not at all like other people are saying. Please give this center a chance.
I took my 2 month old son for a sleep study and I had a great experience. Kim and Rebekah were very nice and gentle with him. They provided a crib for my son. I would give my experience 5 stars, I gave the office overall 4 stars because it took a couple of weeks for them to allow me to schedule this appointment.
