I’ve been a Sacramento Blue Star Mom for 11+ years. This is a great group of Women (and Men) that are passionate about our military, no matter what branch of service. We are best known for sending out CARE Package to service men and women deployed around the world. We also help support our Active Duty Military, Veteran Organizations, our Veterans, Wounded Heroes and Gold Star Families (those families who have lost a family member in war.). The Blue Star Moms are all volunteers, there are no paid positions. We fundraise 12 months a year in order to send out CARE packages not only for postage but for all the contents in the box. Thank you so very much for the amazing gifts and the time that you all took to put it together. It means so much knowing there are amazing people out there who take time out of their lives to think of others. I can not express how thankfull I am for what you amazing ladies do. Blue Star Moms is an amazing organization. They helped me with deployment by providing me with a 'mommy doll' free of charge before I left. My son had just turned 1 when I deployed and he loved the doll. My husband said our son would look at it and say mommy. Thank you so much for your support! This helped my family and I out greatly.
