Took a chance after reading the reviews and brought my wife’s car in for a SMOG test. Chelsie handled the inspection, and the car passed. Even so, she—and her fellow inspector Sage—took the time to point out a couple of items that needed attention and replacement. Their thoroughness really stood out.

The bad:
So far I'm waiting outside for this for them show up. I can see why there's several 1 star reviews. All based on the unprofessionalism of them not opening in time. literally 3 other people waiting outside at 10:21 for them to show up.
I called during the normal work hours.
The older guy said he'd be here at 10am -2pm on a Saturday. Because he is going to the river or something later.
I told him cool I'll be there at 10 .
Saturday:
Well. I got all ready. No one's here. 10:27 . And we're in the Parking lot waiting like schmucks .
So far, it's a waste of time.

I come here every while for a smog test and I am always satisfied with great Customer Service, they are so friendly and super nice specially the lovely dog Brody he’s amazing they are 10/10 I really recommend them 🤗
