About Roseville Cemetery

Roseville Cemetery is a favorite place to visit, with wonderful and proactive staff. It features creative and newer burial plots for cremation, shady trees, old monuments, and Catholic statues. Many historical farmers and pioneers are buried here. The layout feels perfect, offering a deep connection. The gates, however, open late and close early. It is a great place to visit loved ones.

I have four family friends here, Great to visit your loved ones here. Staff are wonderful and very proactive and creative burial plots. Check out all the newer plots for cremation. Shut out to the grounds crew.

Seely and Jane (Pitcher) Dekay and family are buried here. Sunrise Blvd was named after her home which she called 'Sunrise Ranch' where she raised 8 children, owned and farmed land in the 1800s. Sunrise Ranch still stands but gated and privately owned. Deweys, Fiddyments, Cirbys and other historical farmers and pioneers buried here as well.

This is my favorite place to visit in the entire town, but what happened to the bells?! It was wonderful hearing them. The shady trees, old monuments, Catholic statues, and layout just seem perfect to me. Too bad the gates open late and close early. I love coming here on mornings and evenings to pray for the souls in purgatory; I feel a deep connection to those who lived in better times.
