It is hard to find a reliable pool service company these days. It’s impossible to speak to someone, yet alone, get them out to repair your pool equipment or explain anything to you. This is not the case with Rocklin Pool & Spa. We had a pump go out and Linda answered the phone (#1) and relayed to a technician. Justin was able to come out within a day to diagnose and get us an estimate. He worked with us when scheduling the actual repair and did an amazing job installing. We have been with Rocklin Pool & Spa service over a decade. We have never been so pleased with the great response & service we receive from the professional, courteous customer service when I call & speak with Linda to the management & pool service with Brandon.
We've been using Rocklin Pool & Spa for the past 15 years for random repair work. I recently had some leaks that needed to be addressed. Justin came out quickly and made all the repairs. Everything is explained well, quality of work is excellent, and Justin then came by a few days later just to check on everything. Fantastic service as always!!
