I have nothing but great things to say about this dealer. Last week, I bought a preowned Volvo from George, which was such a smooth interaction (straight forward with no added pressure or BS). Unfortunately, a week after driving it off the lot the check engine light came on. I was extremely hesitant to even call Reliable’s service department as the last time my husband bought a used car (different dealership) there was a suspension issue straight off the dealership floor that we fought tooth and nail to get the dealership to fix the vehicle as it was “certified” with them. Great experience. Worked with Randall who is super attentive and quick to respond. The vehicle was transferred to them from another location and he sent me photos of the car to confirm it was exactly what I wanted before driving to Roseville. Excellent service from him and great team inside the showroom.
