Kevin Riley and Roseville Carpet One just completed a total recarpeting of our 3,400 sq. ft. home is Granite Bay. We were happy from start to finish. Kevin offered a very competitive price right out of the gate (while other companies we contacted expected/encouraged price haggling). While we had a lot of large furniture to be moved, Kevin never balked - not even charging extra to move our mammoth pool table (which his crew did with ease). He was responsive to all our questions and requests. The installation crew was reliable, courteous and respectful of our property. We reported a minor issue on completion of the project and the crew returned quickly for fully resolve it. I'm happy to recommend Kevin and Roseville One without reservation.
These folks have gone absolutely above and beyond. When they found a defect in the floors installed, they worked hard to correct the problem and communicated clearly and promptly throughout. Im grateful we chose this company!
Kevin Riley and the owner Earl were fabulous to work with! After having flooring installed two years ago, a water leak in the foundation (that Kevin helped diagnose!) required the flooring to be replaced. Some installation issues were noticed throughout this process, but Kevin went to bat for us with our insurance and the carpet One team to ensure that the new flooring was installed flawlessly! The level of detail that was taken to ensure this flooring was installed to perfection, mitigating any water damage from occurring in the future (because nothing is ever water PROOF!) was outstanding! Working with Kevin was a pleasure, he took the time to assist us with selecting new, better quality flooring, and he made numerous trips to our home to help us diagnose and fix our flooring woes. Now we have beautiful floors that I believe will stay this way for many years to come! The installation crew, led by Andrew, were efficient, thorough and very professional!
