Pro Team did an outstanding job as always. Wyatt was wonderful - so nice and friendly. I hadn’t cleaned my ten-year old carpets in almost two years and he made them look great. Thank you for a great job. You always come through for me.
The office team is always responsive and kind. Matt, the tech that did the work at both our rental property and our personal home was attentive, very nice and a pro. No surprises on the pricing. We paid a bit more to help out with some pet accidents but were told that could be the case in advance and were prepared. All said, this is the third time we have used Pro Team and will keep coming back.
I couldn’t be happier with the service from Pro Team Carpet Care! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they arrived right on time. The technicians were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process before getting started.
My carpets look brand new—stains I thought would never come out are completely gone, and the whole house feels fresher. They worked efficiently but didn’t cut any corners, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work.
