Heard of it for years from a friend. I've never been to a chiropractor before and swore I never would, but when I heard it isn't a manual adjustment I was intrigued. You lay there and she adjusts you without being turned into a pretzel. I tried it and now I'm a fan for life. My dancing has improved as I was spinning while misaligned! My balance has improved, my headaches are gone and my turning shoulder was in excruciating pain on a regular basis, but Dr. Amber was able to reset it and it is stronger than ever. Whenever I mess up my body, I know she is there to fix it. I would highly suggest nutrition as well - worth it!
