Had front door replaced. Mike was efficient in helping me gather specifics needed to order new door. Installed door looks and functions great. There was a specific piece that needed to be installed for electronic lock we didn't notice until after they finished job. Mike was quick to respond and stopped by to install the extra part the next day. Highly recommend!

This is our third major project with Millsaw Construction. Mike is legit the only contractor we trust to work on our house (an older home that was remodeled/flipped multiple times). He and his teams take away so much construction stress because he is trustworthy, communicative, and really cares about his clients and their projects.
He is transparent in his estimates and explains when something (inevitably) unexpected is found and options with estimates to make it right.
