My color did not turn out as expected, and I was from out of town and had to leave the next day—so I couldn't come back another time. I asked if there was a way to remedy it. My colorist Amy (?) happily obliged and was really nice about it. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
Wow! Fantastic experience with a great new hair color. My stylist was Caroline. I believe she was superb. I was a little afraid to get my hair colored not really knowing any of the stylist however what a pleasant surprise that I got Caroline, she was sensational. What a great listener And really gave me the color I wanted.

This was my first time at this location as I have just moved from the Bayarea. I arrived and was checked in immediately. I was offered something to drink, my color was mixed, and Carolyn proceeded with my root touch up. I was asked if I would like a deep conditioning, which I accepted. I definitely recommend Madison Reed for all hair coloring needs. The products are amazing! The overall experience was great.
