Met Michael/Mach 1 last year when he came out for a same-day emergency at my home. He inspected the sewer main with a camera and found root intrusion in the main, gave me a fair estimate to replace the sewer main, which I did not do at the time. Fast forward a year-plus later, when it came time to repour the driveway, I called on him again he worked in tandem with my conrete contractor to perform the replacement of the entire line to the street. Honored the estimate he gave me a year prior. Always communicates promptly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend Mach 1 to anyone!!!
We recently had Mach 1 Plumbing come out to replace a leaking toilet, and Jeff, the service professional, did a wonderful job explaining everything throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite, which made the experience much easier and more reassuring.
During the toilet replacement, we experienced some water leakage into our lower-level garage. This was promptly communicated to the owners of Mach 1 and Michael, who immediately reassured us that they would take care of the issue.
Within the next few days, as schedules allowed, they had a general contractor come out to inspect the damage and complete all necessary repairs.

I had Jeff out today to check out my garbage disposal that died. He quickly fixed it for no charge! I had another company come out yesterday and they said it had to be replaced and would cost 600 bucks! Jeff and Mach 1 just saved me hundreds of dollars. I am keeping them in mind for future plumbing problems for sure. I'm very happy with the outcome and Jeff's kindness and expertise!
