I really appreciate Brad for his effort in preparing my taxes however the post tax filing experience has not been desirable. I’ve been trying to contact him and his office for weeks with no response via phone, text, email nothing! Very frustrating as I am in need of assistance with the taxes he prepared. Would be 5 star review however the total experience is 3.5 stars.
