The hospital has excellent staff, including doctors, nurses, and medical assistants, who provide high-quality care. The facility is new, modern, and clean. The staff is amazing, kind, considerate, and very pleasant. The emergency rooms were full and the hallways were full of people on gurneys. It's clear Kaiser needs to add another emergency department ASAP. The outpatient lab wait times can be improved. Overall, Kaiser Permanente in Roseville has a strong foundation to become an amazing asset to the community, providing value to its members.
