I've used GTL Construction, Inc. several times. They did an excellent job with installing faux beams, wrapping sheetrock posts, decorative framing out French doors and arch window, and crown molding. I've also had dry rot fascia boards and whole house painting. Tommy manages jobs really well and is reliable. Alicia is easy to work out questions and scheduling. If you want a professional job I would highly recommend GTL Construction, Inc.
GTL Construction provided a quote for the work and kept to it. They did an outstanding job with updating our clean room area. I was updated at all times regarding any changes. I would highly recommend them. Great team!
GTL Construction painted the interior of my house. They recommend Dunn-Edwards Paint. The results turned out great! A couple days for turnaround time for a 1300 square foot house. Painted ceilings, walls, doors, trim, and baseboard. They also installed some crown molding. They cleaned up afterwards. I was a first time homebuyer and didn't want to paint the whole house myself.
They also installed a new garage access door and did some minor maintenance repairs around the house. All part of the same project/invoice.
My next project will probably be painting the exterior of the house. Recommend.
