My stylist was excellent and did exactly what I wanted. I love the app, so I can sign up early.

Requested style: An undercut with zero on the sides, a trim to the ends and back, and a beard touchup trim.

I went to this Great Clips a couple of weeks ago. All I wanted was a straight even haircut. My hair is so uneven. I absolutely hate complaining, and I am the type of person that has a very hard time letting another person knowing they've made a mistake. However, this is the absolute last time I will go to a Great Clips.
