We had Brent, of Granite Bay House Doctors, come by and give up a bid to repair south facing, facia boards and roof beams. The area had extensive dry rot. Within a week Brent and his guys showed up and did all the repairs in a professional manor. We were happy with all aspects of his work. Had a bunch of small and medium home repairs that I didn't want to spend the weekends doing and others (electrical work) that I didn't have the expertise to do. Brent bought all the parts and did all the repairs. Efficient, timely, and reliable. Will use again and can highly recommend.
