First time using FC360 this year for our tax preparation for both our individual and business. We have been very happy with them. Both Shane and Albina have been great to work with and are very responsive and friendly. Everything has been accurate and thorough. Our taxes were completed quickly and in a timely manner. Definitely looking forward to continuing to work with them going forward.
Excellent service overall. Highly recommended. My wife brought our tax documents and met with Shane (Tax Advisor). She was impressed with the office and she mentioned that front desk was so welcoming. She met Shane and explained the details. Shane has been so kind to me via phone and email and he was kind to my wife during the meeting. Vanessa and Cindy was so so nice and very soft spoken over the phone. My tax was completed and got what I expected. I am now working with their Atty. Aaron to prepare a legal document. He is nice as well. Very consistent operation throughout the business.
