I gave 3 stars because Mercy provides enough labs, hours and employees to get an x-ray in a reasonable amount of time, and because the staff here were glad to help when my disabled husband needed assistance while getting in the correct positions for his x-rays. That's where their concern for the health of their patients ends, though.
While I waited in the second waiting area outside the X-ray room they brought a very sick woman in who was wearing a flimsy medical mask instead of an N95. Medical professionals should know by now that only N95 or better masks are capable of stopping airborne viruses.

I had an amazing experience on my first visit to Dignity Imaging Center on Professional Dr. in Roseville I had an ultrasound on January 2nd, 2025, performed by E., a very kind and caring young lady. I was so impressed by her professionalism. The two receptionists were very nice and welcoming.
Everyone here in this office and facility was absolutely amazing, understanding and patient with me!! I arrived late to my appointment--my fault, I had the time an hour off, which was unlike me. I had to rebook the appointment and went into the foyer to add it to my appointment book, and they called me back to fit me in, as the prior appointment came real early and they felt bad I had to rebook! Who died that??!! These guys do!! I was so happy and impressed with them, even though I felt embarrassed I goofed up, and the ultrasound went very fast and well and the radiologist who performed it was super patient with me and explained everything so well. I'm so glad I came here to get my CAT scan and these professionals made the process simple and comfortable. Beautiful office, too.
