I've had dogs my whole life but I've never seriously trained them. I've regretted that and this time around, I decided I would do some kind of real training, for both myself and my new dog (Husky/German Shepard mix, rescue from SSPCA).I found Nick (ConsistentK9) online. He had a lot of experience and great reviews so I thought, let's do this! I signed up for the 10 week program.Wow am I glad I did! Nick is a natural with dogs and makes it all look so easy, and with Mika being a high energy, smart, pushy pup, I thought Nick had his work cut out for him. Not for Nick. My experience with Nick was and continues to be so rewarding for myself and my labradoodle puppy Sadie. I met with Nick to discuss the 4 week board and train option for Sadie just to get her started on the right track and right away I knew he was the right choice for us. He has a very calm, confident and reassuring presence and after our discussion I knew she was going to be in great hands. Sadie returned home a confident, sweet, happy and most importantly well behaved puppy. Consistent K9 was recommended by a friend who had great things to say about Nick and the program. My girlfriend and I brought our Lab (9 years old) and German Shepard (3 years old) to Nick. He was able to program for both dogs. He was professional and flexible with scheduling. He made the training easy for dog owners and he was able to introduce different approaches for different dog personalities. Nick not only trained our dogs, but also trained us, the owners. We had to do our “homework” at home, but it was worth it! We see a huge improvement. We highly recommend Nick
