My backyard renovation included pool resurfacing and entire backyard. C&R Pools is hands-down the best contracted company I have ever worked with for all big jobs I’ve had done. They have dedicated actual employees and subcontractors they’ve worked with for years. Engineers, electricians, plumbers. All experts! Their best representative has to be Audrey, their office manager, scheduler, contact person and coordinator of all the workers and their schedules. She builds relationships with her clients and it felt like I was her only customer even though I know she treats all clients this way. We recently had our pool re-plastered with C&R Pool Plastering. We were very happy with the end result and everyone we came into contact with. We would like to single out and acknowledge Audrey who kept us informed of every phase of the project. It's rare to find someone so tuned into their respective companies, that promptly returns calls, explains and answers questions in manner easy enough for the layman to understand. Audrey was a breath of fresh air and a great asset to C&R both of whom we would recommend very highly for your pool plastering.
