I set an appointment to get a cyst on my face looked at and removed. I let them know when I set the appointment this was for a cyst on my cheek. I got to my appt, paid the copay, was taken back and told I have to see a plastic surgeon for the cyst on my face. I immediately left thinking that was a waste of time and money. Then a few weeks later I get a bill for 80$. I called and asked what for since I received no services and they said it was for being seen. I already paid the copay and should have been told when I BOOKED the initial appointment that the cyst on my face is not something they can help with. But they scheduled me anyways just to tell me they cant do anything... read full review

Had the first appt of the day after a holiday. I was the only one in the waiting room. The front desk girl was very friendly and had me fill out my forms and took my copay. My appt was with Nancy. She introduced herself and conducted the visit in less than 3 minutes. She seemed in a rush despite no one in the waiting room/ me being the only patient there. I made this appt because I wanted a skin check as I have maternal and paternal family hx of skin cancer / melanoma from both my grandpa and my dad. They asked when scheduling and online forms if I had any spots I was concerned about in general. These were the only areas assessed. I thought I would be in a gown with my... read full review

I'm not a fan of reviews as I'm quite the skeptic ( validated by hundreds of dollars of useless psoriasis products ) but feel compelled to endorse the staff and particularly Dr. May Chhun for their smiles and positivity on my visits. The improvements on my psoriasis is beyond my expectations and Dr. Chhun has expressed such a sincerity in her concern for my condition and doing whatever she can to get me the right treatment for my psoriasis which was quite extreme. My only regret is that I waited so long before contacting them. Can not understand any of the complaints as I've never waited more than 5 minutes to see someone unless they are referring to a... read full review
