I went in for persistent skin rash, been suffering for 6 months and had visited multi urgent care and minute clinics, been prescribed steroid after steroid - I prepped for appointment and downloaded all the meds that had been prescribed, prednisone, steroid injections, topical steroid ointments and creams- I told the so called "doctor" (was not a dermatologist not even a doctor for that matter) was a twenty something nurse or PA. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this skincare center with Nancy. Instead of improving my skin, her treatments left me with even worse acne and damaged skin. She seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the products she recommended only exacerbated my issues. I would caution anyone considering her services to be cautious and seek other reputable options for skincare needs

Went here for a biopsy Paid in full Get a bill few months later from a lab that I was not told about during my visit Got sent to collections because they never told me they would send me a bill and I confused it with a different bill which was getting paid for through insurance.. when I tried to reach billing I kept getting a wrong phone number and when I would call the number it would say it's disconnected I finally got through to billing to a number they called me from and the lady was super rude and telling me she didn't want to argue and I wasn't even arguing I was trying to explain I paid for everything in full I didn't understand why I was being charged for this...read full review
