After having them clean for us for over 20 years, they suddenly stopped returning phone calls (over 6 messages left). We have no idea what happened???

We were using this cleaning service for quite a while until we noticed one day, right after the Angelita crew had finished up and left, that the hand-held shower head in our master shower stall was lying on the shower floor broken in pieces. It looked as if one of Angelita's crew had knelled down on the shower floor and then struck the shower head inadvertently while getting up, causing the head to come out of its holder and fall to the floor. When we notified Angelita of the problem, she visited our house with an employee she represented as being the woman who had cleaned our shower stall on the day in question. First off have had them for years, but God do not recommend them. They do a good job and all, but it all changed. I let come and clean but noticed every time they came they used my cleaning products without asking(Mr.Clean,Lycol,Pinesol,Trash bags,Paper Towel, etc.) as you know these items add up in price. Trash bags okay understandable, but everything else should not be used. Your a house cleaner meaning you bring your own cleaning products therefor I don’t use my own. If you enjoy that you’ll enjoy Angelita.Second thing that happened. One day had a family emergency tried getting ahold of Angelita she never answers or responded.
