We got a duplicate bill which we already paid-should have been the first clue. Then they tell you to buy their supplement on Amazon and it doesn't work and makes you nauseous-also the reviews on Amazon are suspect. Plus you can't return it. It feels like a huge upsell and money grab imo. The Friday therapy classes are just guided meditation which I've tried on YouTube. They are free with insurance-which is why I gave it 2 stars.

This place is a terrible, or perhaps I'm just tired. I paid out of pocket for a sleep study, and it turned out to be a test of my follow up game. They never called me about a consultation, I had to call to follow up. They never called me about getting a test done, I had to call to follow up. I even had to call them to meet with the doctor to get my results. Even when they scheduled my doctor results appt, they never sent me a link (they like to do everything on Zoom here). So I had to call them within 1 minute of my appt to ask them what to do! Once I finally met with the doctor he was trying to get me to pay for more testing and sign up for his meditation class. So I thought this would be a great opportunity to tell him all the time and effort I had to put in just to get to this point (assuming he cared or perhaps he didn't know his office staff was dropping the ball). He started with making the excuse that insurance takes a long time, so of course I told him I paid out of pocket. Then he decided to start deflecting the blame on other people. I just wanted him to own it and say sorry, but he did everything but that. The doctor took no responsibility for his own office, he said I need to talk to his office manager. At the end of the call he told me he would send me my sleep results to my email. Take a wild guess what happened? Nobody sent the results! So I had to make one last call. Honestly, don't waste your time. The doctor will just tell you to enroll in his meditation class, to buy supplements from him (Relax+) and to do more expensive testing. I just summed up your results appointment for you. That's assuming you make it that far in the process without just giving up.
