We got a duplicate bill which we already paid-should have been the first clue. Then they tell you to buy their supplement on Amazon and it doesn't work and makes you nauseous-also the reviews on Amazon are suspect. Plus you can't return it. It feels like a huge upsell and money grab imo. The Friday therapy classes are just guided meditation which I've tried on YouTube. They are free with insurance-which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Nice people. Great customer service. Advice: Get VERY clear about ALL the charges before you begin. Many insurance companies won't pay for this type of care, and there can be charges you are not aware of.

In the beginning everything seemed to be time sensitive, example being forms needed to be completed by a certain date because its urgent. But I got the sense they use the phone as a way to buffer actual live interaction, and then social media communications set expectations that didn't match actuals. I worked through all that and tests, cognitive assessment, 30 minute Dr. zoom call, another call with a PA to get a diagnosis that I have sleep apnea, which I knew. So I need a CPAP machine like 98% of their patients but here's the thing, machines aren't available because of chip shortages. Now you'll say that's not their fault, but not telling me upfront is their fault. It's two months and waiting and the solution is they provide me the phone # of the manufacturer. Find a different provider for your sleep concerns.
