Did a great job on my carpet. Got some old stains out, likely dirt, maybe tea. White carpet looked new after the cleaning. Very responsive, arrived within an hour for an urgent request. Knowledgable, friendly, enthusiastic.
I was blown away with the quality and service we received from Dewayne. When our regular carpet cleaner no called/no showed on the day of we were in a panic because we’d already moved furniture and made arrangements for the kids to be out of the house for the day. Dewayne was able to fit us in and did an amazing job. We opted for the “gold” package in which the carpet is essentially brushed first. The results were incredible. Stains that had been there for years, even ones that had been through several cleanings from our previous provider were gone. Play doh. Gone. Slime residue. Gone. And all done with a smile on his face. Highly recommended!
It was very easy to work with Dewayne to setup. He arrive when he said he would, did a thorough inspection and pointed out some trouble spots, and got the work done on time as promised. He also changed an AC filter for me. Very professional and excellent price for the square footage he cleaned. Will hire them again!
