Picture this: I walk into an office, expecting the usual scene - a receptionist so engrossed in their computer that they wouldn't notice if a marching band paraded through the lobby or if WWIII started. But not this time! This time, I was greeted with such enthusiasm that I half expected a red carpet and a brass band to appear. The front desk staff was all smiles and hellos, making me feel at ease. The treatment coordinator aka Jamie, was like the superhero sidekick you never knew you needed. Kind, funny, and attentive, Jamie was on my case faster than a cat on a laser pointer. Very good first impression when visiting the office. The staff was very friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering. Andy was very thorough and informational during the consultation appointment. I would definitely recommend this office for orthodontic services.

I went for a consultation at Alexander & Martin Orthodontics (Roseville). I met Andy, who is a treatment coordinator there. He explained the whole process to me. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, and also has such a great personality. I also met Dr. Martin. Both Andy and Dr. Martin made me feel so very comfortable in knowing that they really take care of their patients. I just knew the right decision for me to make was to choose A&M Orthodontics to handle my orthodontic treatment!
