My mom and I came in for our annual eye check up appointment. The office was very accommodating to allow my mom and I to have the same appointment date and time. Dr. Kenneth Cao was very nice and professional. He took the time to explain my mom's and I's eye health/condition to each of us through whatever language accommodations we needed. He took his time to throughly examine our eyes and provided his genuine opinion as an OD for what's best for our eye health. I also got contacts and the whole check up for that was very quick and easy. I felt no discomfort when testing out my new contact prescriptions. Everything was done efficiently with ease.
