I only kept going here because Dr. Trisha Nguyen is great, but not a fan of the front office staff & don't like how we have to pay extra for copay if we don't want to buy frames from next door from Express Optical.
Ms. Trisha Nguyen is by far the best one I've seen so far. She is nice and caring when I came to my visit. She throughly explains which exceeded my expectation. I am pleased and will be back. FYI, the front desk ladies don't really understand English that well so be careful when making an appointment or even trying to get a new prescription paperwork done since most of the time they just keep trying to talk over you rather than listen to what you're trying to explain.
