My daughter went to visit our Grandma and she was upset to see her headstone and gravesite disturbed this way. I understand the staff have to prepare other gravesites for the newly departed. They could have went back the way they entered to see if they damaged any headstones the tractor drove over and cleanup the muddy tire marks off the headstones they disturbed along the way. I spoke with a staff member regarding this incident and they said it will take maintenance a few days to check it out. The last time I was here in 2016 My father's & grandfather's Graves where dirty. There stones were not clean. Also there vases were gone there was not place to put the flowers in . We paid for them to vases and there is no vase to put the flowers in that is not right we paid for them I think they should be put back. Also I called to see how much it cost to be buried there. They never called me back . They said they would but they never did. They lady was rude on the phone. too. This place was nice where the graves where cleaned . They need to get people who like to work.

I have MULTIPLE family members buried here (4) . On Saturday July 26th I laid my brother to rest & just TWO days after he was buried ALL of his flowers were thrown away . We were NOT informed about this and unfortunately when we visited him he only had 4 flowers CARELESSLY THROWN into his flower vases . My brother loved flowers very much so to see that his gravesite was treated with such disrespect is BEYOND infuriating. When me & my family called the office to let them know of the situation all they could tell us was that we should’ve been informed. But NOT A SINGLE PERSON INFORMED US . Do better at your own job in making sure messages are relayed it’s YOUR... read full review
