“This is a great business. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional whether you need an appointment, prescription refill, or just have a question, they are there to help. Our veterinarian was Dr Navia. She is a superb clinician, has great surgical skills and is very gentle with animals. She treated our dog for a bad heart valve and heart failure over a couple of years. When his disease progressed and we decided on euthanasia to prevent suffering she was very skillful at the procedure and provided us emotional support as well. Everyone at the facility is service oriented. You will never feel like you are bothering them and never feel like they are in it for the money. A simply great group of people. As a retired family doctor I give them my best recommendation,“

“Our dog, Booker needed a bath, grooming, and some TLC. We stayed one night at the Pasadena Hotel and came across LA Pet Home on our midnight walk. We came by in the morning where they had a 10:00 opening. Fatih was personable, caring, and gentle with Booker! He took his time with Booker to make sure that he was comfortable! Fatih did an amazing and wonderful job! And Booker was definitely a pleased and happy camper!

“Just moved to the area and was looking for an affordable, but good groomer near us Because we have three Shih Tzu’s and grooming them can get very expensive. I’m so glad I found this spot! Not only is the price great, but they do a very good job and they do it quickly. One of our babies is very timid and is usually a little traumatized going to even a normal groomer who does a decent job. But even she was happy after her grooming session here! That’s actually super incredible because again even good groomers, She’s usually not happy about. I highly recommend! Love this place“

“I took all five dogs to Marilyn about two months ago. She did a great job her and her assistant they are kind, caring and gentle, especially with my 16-year-old maltipoo he has arthritis and due to his age heart of hearing and heart of seen he can be a little difficult. They were very patient with him and he looked great. He also came out. Happy eat food drank water. I can definitely see by the way he reacted they did a very gentle job with him. I’m very happy and I will definitely recommend them anytime“

“We love Wet Paws! My big guy Deuce is a German Shepherd male. He has chronic skin issues and needs a wash about every two weeks. My friend Kyle and I have been desperately looking for a place to bathe him properly because every Groomer that I've taken him to has not been able to take care of his skin issue. We use the private space that they have for bigger dogs and it has been a godsend. The facility is packed with everything you need even though I bring my own shampoo and supplies. We just call ahead of time to make sure that there is no grooming taking place in that room for everybody's convenience. Thank you again to Kate and the staff at wet paws Deuce, Kyle and I are so grateful!“

“Alvin is a master of his trade. He is a professional who will ask for vaccination records and leave your pup smelling and looking beautiful. You can tell he takes pride in his work as he speaks to your pup like a client too! Tell him what you want and he delivers. I've seen several groomers with my senior pup and he's given my baby the best cut he's had in 11 years. I come here at least once a month. Prices sometimes are weirdly inconsistent compared to what you see posted on the wall though I imagine the dirtier and mismanaged your pet is he charges a bit more for the elbow work haha - it would be nice to see a breakdown though. Either way he does great work I don't mind paying an extra $10 when I do because he's worth it. Thanks Alvin ?“

“I've been bringing my dogs here for years and Hana Snowy never disappoints. Lily loves and treats my dogs as if they're her own and it really shows. I've been bringing my border collie, Percy, to Hana Snowy since he was 1 (he's now almost 7) and I've never seen a dog more excited to get a bath. Percy is normally very picky about the people he's friendly with and he absolutely adores Lily so I think that says a lot. My 1 year old Texas Heeler is also pretty nervous around people but he warmed up to Lily right away. She just has a way with dogs! Lily is also super accommodating schedule wise. As a long-time customer, I usually just call the morning I'd like to bring my dogs in and she always finds a way to squeeze them in. I have an extremely busy work schedule and her flexibility just makes me life so much easier. On top of that, if I'm running late or being held up, she doesn't mind if I leave my dogs with her for longer than normal and she always says they're welcome for however long. Grooming wise, Lily is too notch! My double coated dogs come home smelling amazing and so soft. She usually also trims their nails and brushes their teeth if they need it. And if I ask, she'll trim Percy's feathers so that he doesn't look so burly. I can request sensitive skin shampoo if I think my dogs are having some skin issues and she's always happy to accommodate. I can't recommend this place enough!“

“Hoagie and team (Buttercup) are truly gifted with fur babies. We recently brought in our three senior small dogs with (shamedly) overgrown nails. Not only was he non judgemental, but he was kind and gave us lots of educational feedback in a gentle way. Good Humanity does exist and you can find it here. There’s parking in the back, and is conveniently located directly off I10. I had previously sent a text explaining my fear of bringing in our dogs in fear of them getting rejected. He responded within 24 hours and was really helpful and informative via text. I love finding places like this! If you are neglecting your dogs personal care, and you worry about judgemental places, do your pets a favor and just bring them in. I have a huge weight lifted off my chest. Thank you Hoagie!
