I had an amazing experience with a sales manager name is William at this LA Fitness. This individual’s attitude was absolutely exceptional—warm, professional, and incredibly courteous. After disappointing experiences at other gyms, specifically in Baldwin Park and nearby areas, where the sales staff’s demeanor was uninviting and off-putting, I was hesitant to sign up for a membership. Thankfully, this manager’s outstanding professionalism and genuine kindness completely turned things around. They made the process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free, and I’m thrilled I chose this gym. I highly recommend this LA Fitness, thanks to this phenomenal manager!

I really love this location, but as much as we pay for our membership, you need to step up the cleanliness of the machines and bathrooms. All I ever see the workers do is sit around and chat. The wipes are almost always empty, just keep up, add hours, and update the gym!!!

Favorite gym in the area because of the layout with cardio down stairs near the entrance and all the weights and other equipment upstairs, not crowded even with people here (unlike the Pico location). Only negatives are the locker rooms, they need updating and there are roaches. Would give 3.5 out of 5 stars
Management did pressure us to get a membership when we came in for the free trial. Luckily we take advantage of it. But beware they will pressure you just like the other review said!
