Receptionists were extremely kind and Mary Cheng herself was very straightforward, helpful, and overall kind. Can't say for certain what happened to the other reviewers but I can speak for myself at least.
I just took my daughter who is 4years old for an eye exam let me tell you Dr. Mary is the kindest she explained everything clearly and took her time to accommodate us I would definitely recommend
Dr Cheng's office is the best. The staff is polite, waiting goes by quickly. They are as a group very professional and I appreciate there thoroughly concerned with me. I would and do refer the practice when I can.
