I am beyond happy with my lips! ❤ Before booking my appointment with Mahogany, I did some research and asked her to send me pictures of her work. She immediately shared a collection of photos showcasing her previous work. I was amazed by the results! Although her website featured only a few photos that didn’t fully showcase the quality of her work, seeing her additional work gave me the confidence to book my appointment.
When I arrived, Mahogany was already there waiting for me, right on time. I really appreciated that because I’ve had previous experiences where I had to wait for the technician. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
She took the time to explain the entire process, answer my questions, and walk me through each step of the treatment. Throughout the procedure, she regularly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay.
What I appreciate most about Mahogany is her professionalism and genuine dedication to her clients. She doesn't just focus on getting the job done; she cares about making sure you are happy with the results. She was patient, listened to what I wanted, and worked with me to achieve the look I had envisioned.
I also returned for a touch-up, and my experience was just as wonderful as the first time. Mahogany was once again professional, patient, kind, and attentive.
