Another 5 stars for Mike and his crew. I had an issue with the return air duct making a buzzing noise and Mike came over within a half an hour of my phone call. As usual he is providing excellent customer service and despite the busy season is always there to address the problems. I will use mike again for other projects in the Sonoma area.

This is a family business I've been lucky enough to work with for about twelve years. They've always done good work and demonstrated that they have a lot of integrity. For example, the former owner (who is now retired) once saved me thousands of dollars by fixing my heater. (In my experience, most heating and air conditioning companies try to replace old heating units rather than repair them!) Also, when the Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning technicians make a recommendation, they take time to explain why they're making it--and how the repair will be made.
