I highly recommend this company! Our 44 year old furnace died and Scott was responsive immediately with a technician and quote. He worked quickly to get a furnace that fit our house. His team of Tyler, Jesse, and Dave were polite and respectful while working at our home with my kids inside. This team is a gem and highly recommend them.

These guys are a class act 1000%. My family of 6 (4 littles) was waiting at a restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa Friday for lunch. A few tables open for 2-4 but none open for 6. So we had to wait. Safe to say "some of us" were a bit HANGRY, allegedly. So these two Baier HVAC guys were at a 6top table, assuming watching us wait and hangrily poking at each other, offer to us and the waitress to move to a different table and let us have their 6 top! Thanks guys! I would have bought them a beer but ''twas a sober lunch for those workin boys. I'm just saying if that's the type of attitude and unselfishness they give to strangers, that's the HVAC guy I want to hire. Thanks again.

Chad has replaced our duct work, heater, and air conditioning. His team is honest, trustworthy, and all workndone has been top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the quality of their work is amazing. You can't go wrong with Chad's team and can count on an honest assessment and too quality repairs.

This is your new heating and AC company. Chad, the owner, drove for 30 minutes to get here, on a Friday afternoon, before a wet and chilly weekend. Nobody else would help us until next week. Chad came in, pleasant and professional as you please, and solved our furnace problem. If you call anyone else, you're rolling the dice. Isn't your house worth more than a gamble? Go with a sure thing: Baier Heating.

Finally, I've found an HVAC guy I can trust! My furnace was failing to start now and then. The first guy who came out said it had a bad circuit board and that I should get a new furnace. He gave me what I considered a high bid. I then called the best-rated company in the area, who gave me an even higher bid, but dropped it $2,000 when I showed him the first guy's bid. That alone was suspect--what an incredible profit margin they must have if they can drop the price by that much. Another high bid later, and I called Chad Baier, who spent almost an hour checking out my existing furnace, which malfunctioned once but started as it was supposed to at least 15 times during his visit. He recommended that I continue using it and if I encountered the problem again, he would come and diagnose it. He didn't feel he'd done any real work, so refused to charge me any money, although I thought he should have. After all, he'd just saved me thousands of dollars. Honesty and integrity in spades! I will definitely call Baier Heating & Air for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

We cannot say enough great things about Chad and his team! We had quotes from all the major Sonoma County HVAC folks and they were more than we felt we needed. Lots of up-selling and telling us things we didn't want or need. Called Baier and Chad himself came out to give us a quote, not some salesman. He was quick, didn't try to pitch us on stuff and made recommendations for simple easy fixes to improve efficiency. When his crew came out they were courteous, treated our home with respect, were knowledgeable and tinkered with the AC and Furnace to get them both running at optimal level instead of just plugging away and leaving. The process was so smooth. Support local family run business. Baier is a fraction the cost of the big guys because they're a smaller company. We would give more stars if we could! This company is honest and sells quality products with great ratings.

Baier was one of three companies I called for quotes. One was a well established local company. The second was through Costco which I assumed would be the best price. The third was Baier. Baier not only came in with the lowest quote, they could start the project before either of the other two AND the equipment brand they offered was rated higher by consumer reports than either of the other two. The actual installation of a replacement furnace and new central air-conditioning system was completed in a miraculous three days. Their two installers were very personable, knew their products well and took the time to educate me on the correct usage and maintanence needed for optimum usage. A small problem came up about a week after they finished and after calling the company they came out and resolved it in an hour. I can't tell anyone enough how great of a job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC issues.
