I had a wonderful experience at the RP optical Kaiser office. I checked in & as soon as we got there the Dr. was ready to see me. The gal in the eye glass section was very helpful & she even fixed my son's glasses. Her name is Sarah. She spent a lot of time helping me find the right pair of glasses.

The entire appointment was handled professionally, thoroughly, and was very pleasant. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I feel like my wishes were heard and I was able to choose the best option.

For me the experience was excellent, but I’m a usually easy to please person, meaning i don’t need the fanciest, most expensive eye wear. So for basic needs people my experience was great. For others, there is a wide selection available and the professionals there are quite pleasant and knowledgeable.
