I have been trying to reach Stephanie to make an appointment for taxes. I never receive any call back or email. I guess she does not need the business. I will find another ta preparer

Ms. Horne was recommended by an acquaintance. It is near the deadline for 2017 tax filing and due to Ms. Hornes' mishandling of personal and business income, I will have to file an extension since it is impossible to find a tax preparer at this late date. In setting up QuickBooks , she set her self up as the administrator of the account barring me from my information. I have repurchased new software as the VA I now work with refused to associate her work any anything Ms. Horne had completed. She has not returned phone calls. I question the glowing reviews based on my experience. I would not reccomend this business
