A very pleasant and professional tech arrived promptly ( to the minute) at our facility and performed a thorough inspection, asked a lot of questions about our desires and discussed multiple options.
Really appreciated that Enviro could squeeze me in on short notice, especially during a heat wave and our AC out of commission. The tech was efficient and thorough, quickly diagnosing our problem, and was able to fix it on that trip. Will definitely call them for any future needs.
P.S. - My golden retrievers are also thankful to have the house back to normal.
Alex is amazing. He was able to troubleshoot and fix an issue with our system in 20 minutes that our prior technician from a different company was not able to fix in years. Very competent/responsible
