I should have read yelp reviews before getting my jacket cuffs hemmed here. Paid more than the cost of the jacket which I love it. The fabric is a little difficult to work with, but they seemed like they didn't speak much English, including the young girl, but they seemed like they could do it. They quietly hashed over the price in a different language. I didn't have time to go elsewhere and decided to go here. Just picked up my jacket, and guess what?! They speak English pretty well!! OMG, why didn't you talk much when I first came in? Everyone was so quiet, so I thought it was difficult to communicate. The cuffs have areas where it bundled up too much, and the width isn't the same as the original and the thread is tighter, thread should have been wider to prevent the bunching. They told me it was difficult to work with and they couldn't straighten it out, but they should've stopped working if they couldn't confidently do it or call me after they attempted the first cuff. I love this jacket and now It just reminds me how I overpaid for the extra work. :( Please speak English and communicate to your customers to help them understand what they're paying for. People mostly bring in things to repair that they love. I could've done this myself at home, but thought they had a better sewing machine that could handle the fabric better. Super disappointed.

I had been using Dr Dryclean for 20 years. The original owners were great. They sold the cleaners and the service has not been the same. The prices have increased, their alterations take too long and wouldn't put a button on a pair of shorts! I have found another cleaners close to Dr Dryclean and they are cheaper and quicker. Bummer that I had to change, but their service and price can be beat

This family does a good job with there product but they over charge and the wait time is ridiculous and they try to hike the price up for pick up. I pay when I drop off and they dont like that. Also, they dont speak english and you cant get any questions answered. I will go back just for the service but over priced and service has a language barrier.
