The new owners provided personal and outstanding customer service. We arrived just when they were closing and the owners reopened so that we could have our items for our Europe trip.

I don’t ever do reviews….but I had to do one for these new owners, it’s well deserved.
I’ve been going to this cleaners for years and was a fan of the previous owners, but the new team has truly taken it to the next level. They completely revamped the place — it’s now beautifully organized and looks spotless and clean compared to how it was before. On top of the fresh look, they run it with impressive speed and efficiency.

Just had a great experience at Cotati Cleaners under their new management. I brought in a dress to be hemmed, and they did an excellent job… quick turnaround, really well done, and the pricing was very fair. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
