We called Baier heating and air conditioning for a second opinion. We were told that we needed to replace the control panel and that there was a wire problem. Chad came out right away to look at the problem. He diagnosed it quickly and efficiently. He was able to fix the problem which had nothing to do with control panel or the wiring. He walked us through everything that he was going to do, making us feel comfortable. I knew I was in good hands and could trust him. I did not trust the first HVAC company. Baier Heating and Air are awesome. The technician Chad came out and diagnosed a problem I was having with my furnace. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me options on repairs and replacement. Never pushy and very respectful of my decision and my home. He even serviced my AC unit while he was here too and topped off the Freon at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. I’ll be calling them for now on if I ever need help with my HVAC system. Just quality work and great people to work with. I have peace of mind knowing my system is running smoothly and efficiently.
Chad and his team have been my “go to” hvac guys for 15 years! I’m a real estate professional and having reliable, trustworthy, talented people to refer my clients to is essential. Chad has not once let me down. Bottom line he does great work for fair prices and always makes me look good for referring him. Of course, I’ve used him personally as well and I totally get why people love him.
